It's Monday. . . .

I have some questions for y'all, today. The fatigue gremlin has hit. Even though I went out today and had a wonderful pedicure and bought myself this lovely bouquet of flowers, that gremlin has seen fit to sap my brain cells. Hate when that happens. At least it isn't 24/7 like it used to be. So grateful for that goodness.

1. Which do you care less about: baseball's all-star game or that Angelina Jolie has given birth to two more children? Why?

2. Which is yummier: ice cream (flavor of your choice) or watermelon?

3. What would be your ideal personal "adventure"?

Hope you all are having an awesome Monday! :) I'm going to go soak in some sunshine.

It's awesome now- the work day is done. Hope you shake the gremlin out and have pep in your step again tomorrow!

As to your questions-

1. I don't think I could care less about either subject. Baseball is enjoyable to watch from time to time, but I just can't get into all-star games. As far as Angelina Jolie, it's hard to care what she named her kids when you don't even care she had them to start with. She had children. I'm glad everything is alright with them. Above that, I'm not interested. Garfield said it best- "Big, fat, hairy deal." ;)

2. That is highly dependent on my mood. I promise you, at least one week a month, nothing best stand in the way of me getting some vanilla ice cream with hot fudge- lots of hot fudge. :D

3. Adventure? Raising children & working with the public gives me enough adventure in this life. However, if fiction could be turned into reality, I think being Sherlock Holmes' sidekick would have been awesome.

1. I've noticed since I'm down here, that I don't really care about sports as much. I wish the press would dedicate the 10 minutes spent on celebrities and spend it on something of real importance.

2. I have non-fat dark chocolate yogurt in the freezer. I ate the watermelon instead. I think I will indulge after tomorrow night's concert. Ever notice going out to stuff like that inspires hunger? I was thinking of taking myself out to dinner before the show, but not sure.

3. During the last week of school, I showed a Sherlock Holmes movie to my reading class. I'd say I'd have to agree with you.

1. I'm equally disinterested in both. The personal lives of celebrities are no different than the lives of average teenage girls everywhere. Except more drama-intensive. Oh yeah, and the celebs never outgrow it.

And I guess it diminishes my "man credentials," but I couldn't care less about professional sports.

2. Ice cream. I have to have ice cream every few days or I go into withdrawal. As for watermelon, I can't even remember the last time I had some. I don't dislike it, but it's not one of my favorites.

3. I can only choose one? That hardly seems fair. Space travel would be cool. Ditto searching for a lost shipwreck. Unfortunately, in real life I have to settle for searching for DVDs in Best Buy.
