Ledger was a great actor, and he had some serious performances, but this will always be one of my favorite moments. I wish this had happened in high school.

The release of that movie will probably be a circus.

Just shows that money and fame might have their perks, but if you are lost and feel a void, destructive behavior can hit anyone.

My kids made me watch this movies, and surprisingly, I enjoyed it.
I love it. :)
I don't think I've seen any of his other movies.
(It is Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew.
You would also like Knight's Tale, I think it was called. He was very good in that.
This didn't happen at our school, but a guy once asked my daughter out during the school announcements that they broadcast on closed circuit TV there every day. She was embarrassed but I think secretly liked the attention. They ended up dating for quite a while.
The recent trend in high schools is the creative prom invite. The boys (and some girls) have done elaborate and cute things, like having teachers write the invite on the board.
I might write a post about something that happened to me freshman year in high school. I had forgotten about it until I watched the clip a couple of times. I'm too beat to write about it right now.
I adored him in this movie. I also loved him in the Patriot. His early death was tragic and sad.
