HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LARRY!!!!!!
Today would have been the 105th birthday of Larry Fine. I spent many Saturday mornings watching the Three Stooges. I always giggled at their humor. There is an irreverence about them, and as a stubborn person who hates authority...I love it!

Hey Porcupine! Wake up and go to sleep!
Never to be duplicated!
HA! :)
"Oh, a wiseguy, eh?"
You know you're a die-hard Stooges fan when your cell phone ringtone is "Three Blind Mice."
Funny!
:)
We still do the snoring routine, that never gets old. When we were kids, my parents didn't want us to watch it, because we always imitated them. But every kid alive has to know how to stop someone from poking them in the eyes.
I had a student last year that looked exactly like Curly. Every time I saw him I wanted to do the "woo woo woop" thing.
Luckily, I was allowed to watch stuff that made me laugh. I'm glad I wasn't the type to see what a hammer to the head would have felt like.
Oh, and my favorite shows where the ones where they cooked a turkey or chicken. You know the ones, whole eggs in the bird, canned goods, etc. Everything was literal.
Yes, very literal and very funny. :)
Great blog PP!
Our mother made us watch Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. When she would leave the room we 5 kids would turn on the Stooges.
I think my favorite is Disorder in the Court where Larry pulls off a wad of gum off Moe's nose and screams in victory like Tarzan before the whole court. Of course Moe gives that chucle-head a beaten afterward.
RIP Larry Fine!
I will link this post--Larry is worthy!
My caretaker during the day, Grandmom, hated Mr. Rogers and Sesame Street. I was allowed to watch those once in a while. Electric Company was allowed as were the Three Stooges.
Must be why I'm so obnoxious. ;P
Oh, I'm so embarrassed that a Baptist minister has seen this blog. Yikes!
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for the compliment. Really.
