I just love when the same road has been under construction since June! I mean, I can't breath in enough exhaust fumes! That Jersey Black Lung should be kicking in any day, now. That trek of jammage took me 15 minutes--not even a mile. I was so happy that I was able to leave work just before 6:00 p.m., and then this! Grrrrrr!
Cool cell phone camera, eh?

Traffic jams suck - took me 30 minutes to do just over a mile on the way back from Suffolk!
Knew in advance that there was going to be a delay so just had to chill out and turn up the sounds.
Good to hear that you are feeling a bit better.
My condolences. I have to be honest, while I sympathize, I can't empathize - I've always been fortunate to live in the 'burbs and always within 20 minutes of every job I had. Now, I work from home. I know - now I'm annoying those of you who DO have to leave the house every day.
DBA:
From my school to that point it should take 10 minutes, tops. I was once in a jam so bad that it took a half an hour to get to that point.
I won't go into the four hour drive home from hell--thanks to a freak snowfall.
Mrs. G:
Nobody better laugh at me when I say this...I wish on just about a daily basis that I was a stay-at-home whatever. I'd much rather be doing that and possibly working part time from home than do what I do now. There are online high school programs I could teach. I need benefits, though.
That looks like it was taken from the cab of a foreign truck!
HA!
Wyatt:
Yes, it was.
