My cousin just sent me this...

My cousin Ken is awesome. We don't stay in touch nearly enough. His brother, from TN, sent him this. (I didn't correct any spelling or anything.) This makes me prooud to be Scottish! ;)

A Bono (of U2) Story - Gotta luv the Scottish sense of humour!

Bono is at a U2 concert in Glasgow when he asks the audience for some quiet. Then in the silence, he starts to slowly clap his hands. Holding the audience in total silence, he says softly and seriously into the microphone... "Every time I clap my hands, a child in Africa dies...... A voice from near the front pierces the silence..."Well, fucken stop doin' it then!"

"Every time I clap my hands, a child in Africa dies"

Who knew it was so easy? That's just like how when people visit RL a terrorist dies.

Damn...I can't clap that fast!

Heh...I didn't correct my cousin's spelling, but I spelled proud...prooud. Could be the Scottish way to say it, right?

What do you want...I just woke up from a nap...I can't seem to hold off from sleeping until I want to...not good.

I am really enjoying this recent trend, where fans mock the politics of the entertainers. Babs Streisand recently got showered with someones beer. I think fans are realizing how ridiculous this dramatic posing is.

Seriously, Who give a rat's ass about what an entertainer's politics is? I like stuff by liberals. Do I need to hear them rant? Let me enjoy your music and be happy I'm spending my coinage on you...don't mess it up with you trying to make me think you're all intellectual and have opinions...JUST PLAY THE EFFIN SONG!!!!

Exactly. Just look at the dismal attendance to the Dixie chicks movie. BTW, you now have linkage. Thanks.
