There is a booming (pun not intended) business in Baghdad: armored cars for rent.
It is amazing how people adapt to situations and just live like it is all "normal."

I gotta get one of those to keep my groupies at bay.

I need a restored version to drive in DC traffic!!!!
Ironically, many of those armored cars are built in Houston, TX :-)
I'll be driving through the beltway, Friday. I hate that thing with a passion. Actually, from Manassas on up to just past Baltimore...bad for the blood pressure, for sure. Crazy people!
Us Scotsmen are found the whole world over - ever ready to find new ways of making cash.
I'd have to agree with you, DBA. My Great-Grandfather left Scotland after WWI to be a lawyer in a Canadian mining town. Yeah, that made sense. I have a fur that was trapped for my Great-Grandmother as payment for legal services. He was known to be paid in chickens, too.
