It all adds up: Week 5

First step on the scale. It said I gained eight pounds. Well, that can't be. I ate really well this week and chose stairs and far parking spots over ease.

A few minutes later...because I was grrrr...I suddenly went down gaining eight to gaining five pounds.

I just weighed myself again. This time the scale says I gained two pounds.

I think I need to check into that scale.

I'm trying to not be peeeeeeeeeved. However, I know how hard I worked this week.

I'm going to weigh myself again tomorrow. So there might be another update if y'all don't mind.

I'm going to the Y in an hour. Catch ya later.

Update: I weighed myself again, just before I got in the shower, and the scale said I weighed exactly what I weighed last Saturday. So, if you all don't mind, I'm just going to put zero for this week before that little vein in my forehead bursts. Thanks. :)

I might have to smite some hippies to feel better.

Mine has been wonky, too. I may look for a digital scale instead. Easier to calibrate.

My disgust with the precision and repeatability of my digital scale knows no bounds. It can vary up to eight pounds measured within three minutes.

I used the scale st the local grocery (Publix) down here.

It might be time for a new one.

Smiting burns calories . . .

Mine is a digital. I think it was a combination of factors; one of which, is that my scale is a piece of crrrrrrrap.

The scale sucks arse. Although, I loved it last week. HA!

Maybe new batteries. I have a doctor's scale. I need to set it up somewhere. (like that will happen)

Shall we go smiting together? We can start on my side of the bridge and work our way to your side. I bet we burn enough to have a beer.

We have digital as well. I make Grimjack check it with one of his weights every so often to see if it is accurate. We need to move ours every time we get weighed, so I am skeptical about its accuracy.

I'm up a half again. Maybe we should just cancel everyone's weigh-in this week, heh.

When my scale started goin' blinky on me (making me weigh 10 lbs less), I blushed, smiled a secret loving smile and kept it around (though I knew darn well it lied).

When it began to show my weight 80 lbs more, I threw that sucker straight into the trash can! haha
