Won't be kissing this frog!

Is it me, or do South America and Africa have the weirdest animals/species in the world?

There seems to be a relative of South American horned frogs that once lived in Madagascar with the dinosaurs.

This frog came to pek a fight! It was the size of a bowling ball at 10 pounds, and it was also 16 inches long. It's appearance was made more intimidating because it was covered by heavy armor and had teeth.

Apparently the frog was pretty bad ass, too. Its nickname is Beelzebufo (Devil Toad), and according to paleontologist, David Krause, "It's even conceivable that it could have taken down some hatchling dinosaurs."
That is one big toad.

Ewwwww! Do they taste like chicken?

Whenever I see a frog, all I can think of is the smell I endured when I dissected them in science class. The view didn't gross me out, the smell of the formaldehyde did.

Sometimes it is good to be a fool, eh? There's a line about that in The Great Gatsby.

The truck would then blow a tire, flip, and that would not be so kickass.
That would make quite a sound.
