I've got questions!

I've got a couple of questions, today.

1. Last night, I was told that I should "play dumb" a little more. What do you all think? I keep thinking of this line from The Great Gatsby:

". . .that’s the best thing a girl can be in this world, a beautiful little fool."

2. I had scheduled a personal day for this Friday, since I was supposed to go to court provide moral support for my dad. Well, that has been canceled. (Thank God! Seriously.) What should I do with my day off?

One last question: Do you want to see who won this week's caption contest? Well, click HERE.

No offense intended,

I can't imagine why anyone would say that.

Never "play dumb." Make them all fear your intellect.

Honestly, I doubt you could dumb down.

"A whole lotta fire, a little bit of ice" (Woman by Def Leppard.)

My guess would be a museum, I like museums and can't think of a better way to spend a day off. I bet there are great ones in Philly.

1. Play dumb? Definitely not, unless you're locked in conflict with someone, and want to surprise them at an opportune moment.

2. Go to a movie. That's what I'm planning to do on my day off tomorrow. If I can get moving early enough.

I have to agree, never play dumb, and I actually can't imagine you doing that anyway, just from what I get from your blog.

For your day off - if you go the Philly art museum as the Admiral suggested, go early and try to get there when they open (at 10am, I believe) for the closest parking. Otherwise you may have to walk a bit. And make sure you run up the stairs like Rocky did!

But really, I think you should pamper yourself, maybe go get a manicure or a hair cut or something, have a nice relaxing lunch somewhere new perhaps, browse in a good bookstore for a while, or maybe go to Peddlers Village or New Hope if you don't mind the drive.

Wait, that's what I would like to do if I had Friday off.

Motherly advice. I've been around "dumb" girls and I've wanted to smack them. I have my "duh" type of moments, though.

I'd love to go to the Constitution Center in Philly. I went there once, but as a chaperone. I was too busy trying to keep kids from smoking and wandering off.

1. When people think they are "getting over" on me I tend to play dumb. It gets an amazing amount of information out of them, because of their arrogance.

2. I think I might try to do a movie after some other stuff. It is an unexpected day off, kind of, and I couldn't fill it with a dentist appointment like I tried to do, so I think I'll have "a day."

I might be too gimpy for the art museum. I used to love the room with all the armor and medeival type stuff. I lliked the tea house thingy, too.

On the way home from work, I thought I might call to see if I can get a hair and pedi appt.

My grading is caught up, too. No stress! YAY!
