Imagine. You are George Steinbrenner, you are building a brand new stadium that has to replicate the lore of the Yankee's decades old home. You hire a construction company to represent your interests, and then horror of all horrors, that construction crew has an interloper on it.
One of the concrete crew members has surreptitiously buried a Boston Red Sox T-shirt under the spot reserved for visiting clubhouse in an attempt to put a curse on the Yankees.
If this story is true, I hear the Yankees will counter that curse by signing DH Pedro Cerrano. Hope no one throws him curve balls.
I love Major League, my husband and I watched that movie over and over again when we first got married. I still can't believe thats the same actor that played President David Palmer in 24.

Greatest baseball movie . . . ever!
Oh, and frak the Red Sox.
I saw a headline (didn't read the story) that the Yanks dug up the shirt.
Yes, it is the best baseball movie, EVER! :) Haven't seen it in a very long time.
I agree with Wyatt.
I don't like or hate the Red Sox.
They went to great pains to dig that sucker up, though.
I'm tired of both of them.

Well, I'm glad I was able to provide a trip down memory lane. :)
