hmm, while I have to agree that cuffs can be a hot accessory for ANY outfit, I think the boots leave a lot to be desired. Boots with heels like that should be a lot higher, mid calf at least if not knee-high. Almost all the strippers I talk to these days think the low boots are like, so 90's!
The high boots are so verastile. They can be scrunched for a casual look with a skirt. They can be worn all the way up or with the top flapped over for a pirate-like look. They go with almost any outfit, too. I wouldn't wear them with a business suit, however. Calf boots work with business suits, though.
