Yeah, what Fitch said!

I like sauce!

Sauce, it adds some moisture back in.

I wouldn't know.

I repeat, I wouldn't know.

Sauce is lip-smacking good, though. Heh. (Umm...chocolate sauce, that is.)

Skul:
Sorry...my mind is someplace it shouldn't be and your comment is cracking me up right now. I feel so dirty.

Heh, heh, "dry rub."

They are both equally great to me. They can also both be bad if the wrong person makes them...

It's all about the juices...really.

Dry rubs are best when you are slow roasting or smoking ribs, chicken, beef, or those tasty folks from Alpha Centauri.

Sauces do cover a lot of mistakes when your doing a little quick grilling. But overall I prefer the rub.

I often use a tandoori based dry rub that is incredible on ribs or chicken when mixed with apple and hickory smoke. Deee-lish-us.

Wouldn't want a bad rub.

I talk to Remulak pretty much every day, and let me tell you, it ain't that much of an honour.

Now getting him to shut up would be an honour. ;)

Though I would try the Tandoori ribs with Sharwood's Tandoori Barbecue Marinade powder, it is incredible.
