Ever notice that the images and information from Iraq involve one extreme or another? No happy medium? I stumbled across this Iraqi television show. I don't think they would have been able to get away this (poking fun at leadership) a few years ago.
This causes me to ponder, though...what were the popular television shows during Hussein's regime?

The bits described seemed pretty funny. Just imaginig it was making me LOL. I think that when Saddam was in power Iraqi TV prpbably had shows where they made jokes about how Jews use the blood of Christain children to make matzos. And, boy, did they laugh.
Perhaps they played episodes of (ahem) Saddam's gruesome home videos.
Yep, both of you are probably correct. I can't even imagine living in such a hell.
