Update:
Still hacking, but not wheezing.
I'm still really weak, but no longer fevered or ached.
Can also say I'm learning an important lesson about not making work my end-all-be-all...all there is to do.
Gonna get a life; I promise. Maybe I'll have some fun things to post from now on; well, hopefully.
