It all adds up: Week 9

I managed to lose a pound this week. To be honest, I wasn't trying. I've been really sick and the stuff that slides down the throat easily isn't always the healthiest of choices.

However, overall, I could be doing better. Seriously. My metabolism is cooperating and I'm not taking advantage of that blessing. I need to combine my better food choices with some real movement of the feet and limbs. I'm going to shoot to begin, Tuesday and (fingers crossed) hit the "Y" three days this week, even if it is to walk. I also need to get around to making an appointment with a trainer for some toning and a lesson on the elliptical.

For today and tomorrow, though...rest, fluids, and more rest.

Thanks! I'm feeling a lot better, so the ick is on its way out the door. I'm still coughing like crazy and it has left me with pretty much no voice. That's a bugger. At least I'm getting better. :)

I LOVE the zombie food chart. It even ranks higher than the Subway T-Shirt that says "ZOMBIE - EAT FLESH!

Well, I'm glad you liked it. :) I try to choose things that will cater to my readers' interests (well, sometimes).

Yep. I don't think I've lost any this week, but I am still eating more for what I can stomach rather than what is a healthier choice.
