I'm at a loss about what to cook for my Sunday dinner. Do you have any suggestions? If you do, keep in mind that I am cooking for just me, I am allergic to tomatoes, and I absolutely hate Brussel sprouts. I've also had fish about three times this week and I'd like to have something else.
Yeah, lame post, eh?
I've had a lot on my mind the past few days. I need a hug (or a bazillion).
Think I could get some hugs from this guy?

Go get some Jack Daniels BBQ sauce in a jar...marinate a couple of lean pork chops (yeah the "other white" meat) for about an hour.
Throw them on the grill until just done (do NOT KILL with over cooking.)
Yolk-free egg noodles boiled up and either some red cabbage (straight from the jar or slightly warmed)...............hate cabbage? ? How about some frozen green peas, defrosted, BUT NOT COOKED! Just throw them in with the noodles to warm through.
Sorry, it was an instant reaction...if you aren't buying I'll work on another menu for YOU!
Glad you found some lunchtime inspiration RT. I haven't had such luck. There is a pack of chicken wings defrosting on the kitchen counter, but I'm at a loss as to what to do with them.
The fajitas will have to wait until Monday. I didn't get out until really late, Sunday (you know, slept through the alarm, missed church, fell back to sleep, & then went to the store).
I might go out Monday night, so maybe I'll have them for lunch. Who knows...not like I have to have a schedule. An A.D.D. dream!

;-D
That sounds good. I can't eat grilled food or cabbage, though. However, I'm searching the web for something. Nothing standing out to me so far.
That really does sound yummy, though.
I think I will be making fajitas! Aye, aye, aye!!!!!

Le sigh.
