Larry Norman is one of the people responsible for contemporary Christian music.
He's kind of folksy and is not afraid to use his music to say some uncomfortable things or touch uncomfortable subjects.
While he may not be everyone's cup of tea, he felt strongly in his belief in God and his purpose in life as a musician being used by God.
He died Sunday after a long battle with heart problems.
Below are a couple of his songs, one sung by him and one sung by the group, DC Talk.
