Right now, I am about as stressed as I have ever been. I have had the same dull headache for about three or four days, I'm in knots, and in a persistent teary-eyed state. (Sorry to kill your buzz) I need some fun ideas on how to reduce my stress level; afterall, I have to prep for next week and begin teaching on Monday.
With that said, what do you do to relieve stress?
Go shooting.
ReplyDeleteI kid you not.
Stress relief, fun, important skill to have as well.
Hope you feel better, regardless... :)
ReplyDeleteThanks. We have a range nearby, I think. I'm leary of guns, though. Not for "hippie" reasons (personal).
ReplyDeleteI am an expert on dealing with stress since I seem to often have a lot. Working out helps me tremendously, getting that heart rate up really reduces the stress level. Also, I watch a movie or TV show that is a comfort show, something that kind of says to you "everything is going to be okay." For me I either watch Little House on the Prairie or a Jane Austen movie. Not sure what it would be for you. Hope those help.

ReplyDeleteI watched a movie tonight. It was a really good mystery movie and then I listened to some jazz. It seemed to help. I'm trying to sort out which feelings are stress and which are utter ugh. I haven't felt this messed up in a while.
Thank you and I hope you are feeling ok.
