IDEA BOX

Right now, I am about as stressed as I have ever been. I have had the same dull headache for about three or four days, I'm in knots, and in a persistent teary-eyed state. (Sorry to kill your buzz) I need some fun ideas on how to reduce my stress level; afterall, I have to prep for next week and begin teaching on Monday.

With that said, what do you do to relieve stress?

    I kid you not.
Stress relief, fun, important skill to have as well.

  3. Thanks. We have a range nearby, I think. I'm leary of guns, though. Not for "hippie" reasons (personal).

  4. I am an expert on dealing with stress since I seem to often have a lot. Working out helps me tremendously, getting that heart rate up really reduces the stress level. Also, I watch a movie or TV show that is a comfort show, something that kind of says to you "everything is going to be okay." For me I either watch Little House on the Prairie or a Jane Austen movie. Not sure what it would be for you. Hope those help.

I watched a movie tonight. It was a really good mystery movie and then I listened to some jazz. It seemed to help. I'm trying to sort out which feelings are stress and which are utter ugh. I haven't felt this messed up in a while.

Thank you and I hope you are feeling ok.
